These terms govern purchases from Qasr ul Libas in Pakistan. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We aim to present colours, embroidery and fabric details accurately, but screen settings and photography may cause slight variations. Unstitched products include only the components stated on the product page.
An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, delivery information is incomplete, or misuse is suspected. Any eligible amount already received will be returned through the appropriate payment method.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary by destination, public holidays, weather or courier conditions within Pakistan. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, worn, altered or damaged after delivery is not eligible unless required by applicable law.
