We want you to receive your Qasr ul Libas order in excellent condition. Please inspect your parcel promptly after delivery.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or materially different from its product description. The item must remain unused, unwashed, unstitched, uncut and in its original packaging with all components included.
Cut, stitched, washed, worn or altered fabric; items damaged after delivery; and items returned without their original components are not eligible. Minor colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings are not treated as defects.
Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for the request, and clear photographs where relevant. Do not send a parcel until return instructions are confirmed.
Approved refunds are processed after inspection. Original delivery charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or defective. Processing time depends on the original payment method.
